Since 2019, the delegate for the protection of children's and adolescents' rights at SOS Kannerduerf Lëtzebuerg has been responsible for promoting active participation and awareness of children's rights, raising awareness of these issues among employees and accompanying complex situations in such a way that the well-being of the child is always the focus. In order to further develop this approach also in the sense of quality assurance, a full-time position is available for this purpose since January 2022. Isabelle SIEBENALLER, a long-standing employee of SOS Kannerduerf Lëtzebuerg, has recently taken over the duties of her predecessor Karin Kirsch. She is looking forward to further developing existing projects, such as the Children's and Youth Parliament (Kanner a Jugendparlament - KAJUPA), and to making the voice of children and young people even more heard through new initiatives.
